COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the General Electric 703X067050 31 057 976 DSM65 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued General-Electric products, including obsoleted and phased-out Lucas-Ledex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ite product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader General-Electric such as the 12HAA16B2F spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 172685001 manufactured by Lucas-Ledex and we are pleased to be able to service most Lucas-Ledex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature R8GAC8S by Manufacturer Ite as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has K-tec Brand AMATFS24GFI in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Instrumentation-Nw such as PT12 equipment made by Instrumentation-Nw have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Instrumentation-Nw products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Instrumentation-Nw" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 55501493G002 made by General-Electric as well as the popular RF180100 original spares produced by Lovato Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 11HSX327 by Magnecraft and PT12 spares by Instrumentation-Nw are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 100167906 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Lochinvar. |
